Shipping and Return Policy:

A flat $10.00 shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders under $75.00. Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.  

Additional charges for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  Please contact us directly for shipping cost prior to placing your order – OR – use the comments section of the order form to authorize the additional shipping charges.

Due to Federal Regulations our products are shipped ground.  Therefore we do NOT ship international, overseas orders. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us before placing orders being shipped to CANADA.

Inspect products upon delivery.  Please refuse delivery if the package is damaged.  If you are unable to refuse please report damage to carrier and Lichen Rock within two business days of delivery.
